A countdown that ends
when they get home.
A crew member uploads their schedule. Loop reads out the legs, layovers and show times, and follows them on FlightAware. Everyone at home reads it on a link, in their own timezone.
The countdown home
- What it counts to. The last leg’s arrival — unless a commute or jumpseat lands at one of their home airports first, and then that takes over.
- Where they are. The city they’re in and that city’s clock. The origin until the aircraft moves, then the destination.
For the crew member
- Upload your schedule. Snap it — one trip or a whole month. Eight screenshots per upload, twelve trips read back: flights, deadheads, standby, layovers, show times.
- You check it first. Trips come back one at a time, to add or skip. If a screenshot won’t read, type it in instead.
- Commutes. Carrier, flight number and date. Loop fills in the route, the times and the timezones.
- One calendar. Trips, reserve and home events on the same month.
For everyone at home
- A link, no account. No sign-in and no app, with every time in the reader’s own timezone.
- Alerts, set on each phone. Pushback, running late, touchdown, cancelled or diverted. Quiet hours hold the rest and send one summary afterwards.
- Home events. On a link with edit access, add games, appointments and reminders in your own zone; the crew member gets them in theirs. Nobody at home can change the trip.
Works on any phone
Loop is a website. It runs in any browser — iPhone, Android or a laptop — and installs to your home screen from there. On iPhone, notifications only work once it’s installed. Native apps come later.
Loop is in private testing — creating an account needs an invite code. Anyone holding a share link can open it.

A wingman is someone who flies too — a partner, a roommate, a friend on another line. A family link shows one schedule to people on the ground. A wingman link joins two working schedules together.
Once you're linked, your calendar splits each day in half: your trips on top, theirs underneath. Days you're both home come up gold. You can also turn on wingman alerts to hear about their flights the way your family hears about yours.
You each choose what the other can see, and either of you can cut the link at any time. Anything marked wingman only stays between the two of you — no family link shows it, full access included.

What Loop is
Loop shows an airline crew member's work schedule to the people they choose, in each person's own timezone, and sends notifications about it. It is a convenience, not an official source.
What Loop is not
Never use Loop for anything operational. It is not a flight-planning, dispatch or crew-scheduling tool, and it is not approved by any airline or regulator. Your company's crew scheduling system is the only authority on your schedule. Flight status comes from FlightAware and can be late, wrong or missing.
Do not rely on Loop for anything that matters on a timeline — a pickup, a connection, a duty time. If a notification does not arrive, or arrives wrong, that is a thing that can happen.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Anyone holding a share link you created can see whatever that link grants, so treat links like keys and revoke them when you are done. You are responsible for what you upload and for who you share it with.
One person, one account. Don't upload somebody else's schedule without their say-so.
Subscriptions
Loop is free while it is in testing. If and when it is charged for, the price, the billing period and how to cancel will be stated before you are asked to pay, and any purchase made through an Apple app is billed by Apple and managed in your Apple account settings.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Account in the menu, which removes your data. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service or run up costs.
Liability
Loop is provided as it is, with no warranty. It is run by one person. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it — including a missed flight, a missed pickup, or a notification that did not arrive.
Changes
If these terms change materially you will be told in the app before the change applies.

Privacy & security
Loop exists to share one thing — your work schedule — with the people you choose. We keep the least we can to do that, and nothing sensitive off your screenshot.
What Loop stores
- Your account: email, the name you choose to show family, your home base and timezone, and a securely hashed password.
- Your trips: flight numbers, airport codes, scheduled and (when tracking) actual times, deadhead/cancelled flags, and layover cities.
- Your commute flights, and any home events or reminders you or your family add.
- The private share links and family accounts you create.
What Loop never keeps
None of the following is ever saved. It may be visible on the screenshots you upload, and in that case they pass through the reading service described below, but it is not extracted and not stored.
- Names of crew members or any other person on the schedule.
- Phone numbers, employee/badge/ID numbers.
- Hotel names, addresses, or confirmation numbers — only the layover city.
- Ground-transport companies or drivers.
- Pay, per diem, credit hours, fares, ticket numbers, or record locators.
Your screenshot
When you upload a schedule, the screenshots are sent to Anthropic, which reads them and returns the structured trips above for you to review. Each whole image goes across, including anything else visible on it, because that is how it is read.
Loop never stores the screenshots. They are held in memory for the seconds the request takes and are not written to any database, file store, cache or log. Only the schedule fields you confirm are saved, and the app is built to keep only those: the model is instructed not to return names, phone numbers, employee numbers, hotel names, ground transport or pay, and the server independently checks every saved field before storing it — airports must look like airport codes, cities like city names — so anything else is dropped rather than kept.
How long it's kept
Trips and commutes roll off automatically: anything ending before the previous calendar month is removed, whether or not you upload anything. You can also delete any trip yourself at any time, and you can download everything Loop holds on you from Settings.
Sharing
Nobody sees your schedule unless you share a link or invite them. A “schedule only” link shows flights and live status but never your home events or reminders. You can revoke any link or remove any family member instantly, which cuts off both reading and adding.
Who else touches your data
- Cloudflare hosts the app and the database.
- Anthropic reads your uploaded schedule screenshots.
- FlightAware receives flight numbers and airport codes to return live status. It is never told who you are.
- Resend sends sign-in and verification emails, so it sees your email address.
- Apple, Google or Mozilla deliver notifications to your device. Their contents are encrypted so only your device can read them.
Operator access
Loop is run by one person, who can reach the database it lives in and sees an admin page listing account email addresses and usage counts. Nobody else has access, and there is no advertising code in the app and nothing is shared with anyone.
Loop keeps an activity record so it can be run and repaired: that you signed up, uploaded a schedule, created a share link, and whether an upload failed — with your account attached, kept for up to a year. It never records what was in a trip, an event or a reminder. The operator sees counts built from it on the admin page.
If you delete your account, that record goes with it, with one exception: the rows that record what running Loop cost — how much AI work reading your screenshots took, and how many alerts were sent — are kept for two more months so the bills still add up. Your account is taken off them first: no name, no email, no account number, no trip or flight details. After two months they are deleted too.
Loop also keeps short-term diagnostic logs: which page was requested, error messages, and whether an outside service failed. Cloudflare holds those for a few days. They contain no schedule details, no event or reminder text, and no screenshots.
Security & your controls
Passwords are hashed, never stored in the clear. Sessions are private to your device and expire. You can change your password, verify your email, revoke any share link, and permanently delete your account and all its data from Account in the menu.
This is a plain-English summary of how Loop handles your data, not a legal contract.
