Get in touch
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. Please say which device you are on and, if something looked wrong, roughly when it happened.

Common questions
- My family cannot see my schedule.
- Share links are per person. Create one in the app under You, then send it to them. A link can be revoked at any time, and revoking it clears what they have already loaded.
- A flight is missing or the times look wrong.
- Loop reads your roster and then follows the flight from public data. If a leg never appeared, re-upload the roster. If the times look wrong, email us the flight number and the date.
- My roster upload was refused.
- Loop refuses rosters that are too old to be useful, and says so. If it refused one that should have worked, send it to us and we will look.
- I am not getting notifications.
- Check Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then Loop, then Notifications. Inside the app, You then Notifications controls which kinds you get. Do Not Disturb or a Focus on the iPhone or iPad also silences them.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Apple handles the payment, so we cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your Loop account does not cancel it.
Your account and your data
You can download everything Loop holds about you, and you can delete your account, from the You screen in the iPhone and iPad app or Account on the website. Deleting an account removes your schedule, your events and reminders, and revokes every share link you have created.
If you cannot reach the app for any reason, email support@loopcal.net from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm before anything is removed.
What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
